Get to know us at Inspiring 121 – We provide a confidential and safe environment where you can explore and understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviours so that you can live the life you were born to live. Because you deserve to.
We established Inspiring 121 in 2011 and we offer one-to-one therapy, including Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Hawaiian Huna and Reiki. Before this, we offered therapy through our other business – PWA Unlimited which was established in May 1999 and offered Business Development, Growth and Coaching.
Our sister company, Change U was established in 2012 and offers NLP Training Courses along with Personal and Professional Development Training Programmes.
We are a family-run business and we love what we do.
