Russian Doll Therapy is a way for you to explore the layers of yourself and your younger selves.
It is a gentle yet powerful way of symbolising parts of your whole self and connecting with different ages and stages of your life. This enables you to reconnect with a younger you that may have been left behind or still feeling past hurts.
How it Works
The outermost doll represents the ‘You’ that everyone sees or the age you are now and as the dolls get smaller they represent different ages down to the smallest doll which represents your inner child. These are the ‘You’s’ that are hidden..
